I have functioned in job areas covering entrepreneurship, production/operations management, marketing and product/graphic design, and have relevant experiences in four industries -- design, advertising, automotive and car/bus airconditioning -- as manager, consultant, designer and lecturer. This allowed me to properly set-up companies, do feasibility studies, plan and implement business/market activities, and handle product/brand development. By profession, I am the lead designer and business consultant at Motive. I also serve as President of the "owner-operated, employee-owned" service company, KoolWell-Mobile Airconditioning Systems, Inc., and am a regular "fixture" at Booze Stop Bar and Grill which I co-own. I am a Senior Lecturer, and former Academic Chairperson of the B.S. Industrial Design Program of the School of Design and Arts, De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde -- particularly handling design, anthropometrics, thesis and business courses. By degree, I am an industrial designer and general business administrator. I graduated from the B.S. Industrial Design program of the De La Salle-College of St. Benilde, and from the Masters in Business Administration program of the Graduate School of Business-De La Salle University. I am currently completing my Doctor of Business Administration degree from the same school. A consistent dean's lister in CSB, I became a Gawad Sinag-tala Meritorious Awardee for my accomplishments in two national competitions: the BENCH Creative Packaging Competition '94, and the FAME Furniture Design Competition. |

OBJECTIVES - Seeking a position with a multinational organization, utilizing my strong creative, analytical and interpersonal skills, fundamentally in the areas of (1) Entrepreneurship, (2) Business Development, (3) Production/Operations, (4) Marketing, and (5) Product Development and Design.
- To develop business systems that reduce costs and streamline operations and internal processes for local and global business operations.
- To help the organization explore market opportunities in the Philippines, eventually expanding to the local market, while developing and sustaining competitive advantage within the global framework.
